Dan is the President and CEO of Prado Group and is responsible for Prado Group's overall Development and Investment Management activities. His primary focus includes residential, retail and mixed-use properties within high density, in-fill marketplaces. Prior to forming the Prado Group, Dan was a Principal and Executive Vice President of Prometheus Real Estate Group, Inc. and prior to Prometheus he managed AMB’s International Client Portfolio.
Dan is a licensed attorney and a member of the State Bar of California, the Urban Development Mixed-Use Council of the Urban Land Institute, ICSC, and Lambda Alpha International. He is a Director of the Jim Joseph Foundation, SPUR, and the UC Berkeley Fisher Center Policy Advisory Board. He is the Chair of the San Francisco Jewish Community Endowment Fund and serves on the Advisory Board for G2 Insurance Services. Dan received his BA from UC Berkeley and his JD from UC Hastings College of Law.
As Principal and Co-Founder of Prado Group, Craig is responsible for acquisitions strategy and implementation. Under his leadership, Prado has acquired over 95 investment properties with a combined transaction volume in excess of $900 million. Craig has 24 years of experience in the real estate industry with a specific focus on acquisitions, dispositions, repositioning, and asset and property management of multifamily, mixed-use and retail properties.
Craig is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a member of the Institute for Real Estate Management, California Apartment Association, and the San Francisco Apartment Association. Craig is on the Board of Directors at Alta Vista School and is a member of theExecutive Board for the Coalition for Better Housing. Craig received his BA from the University of California, Berkeley.
Michelle is the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for Prado Group's overall finance and accounting activities. Prior to joining The Prado Group, Michelle was the Chief Financial Officer for 20 years for ROK Properties, Inc., where she oversaw residential and commercial property management as well as residential and commercial development. Michelle's experience includes large scale multifamily apartment projects including the 862 unit Bayside Village project in South Beach, San Francisco which she has managed for over 20 years.
Michelle is a licensed CPA and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs. Michelle received her BS in accounting from University of San Francisco.
Don is responsible for Prado Group's development activity. Since Don joined the Prado Group in 2009, the company has developed several award winning projects including 2001 Market Street/ 38 Dolores, 1266 Ninth Avenue and 2130 Post Street. Don has been involved in the development of approximately 3,000 residential units and mixed use projects in all construction types including wood frame, concrete, and steel. Don has extensive experience in design, entitlement, and construction management. Prior to joining The Prado Group, Don was the Vice President of Development for both The Irvine Company Apartment Communities (IAC) and Prometheus Real Estate Group.
Don has been a California licensed architect since 1991. He holds a BA in Architecture from the University of California Berkeley and is a member of SPUR and the Eastern Neighborhoods Citizens Advisory Committee.
Cindy is responsible for Prado’s business strategy development, marketing, and performance of property operations with the overall goal of driving growth and building the Prado Group. Before joining Prado Group, Cindy was the Vice President of Prometheus Real Estate Group, Inc. for 13 years, and was directly responsible for corporate branding, marketing program for the entire residential portfolio, and over 22 brand new lease-up communities totaling more than 4,100 new apartment units.
Cindy serves on the Harvard Business School Alumni Board and the California Association of Student Councils Board. Cindy holds a BS from UC Berkeley and is an alumna of Harvard Business School.
Kelly is responsible for Prado Group's property and asset management operations. Kelly has extensive experience operating and renovating San Francisco and Berkeley rent controlled properties. This includes the management and oversight of a residential portfolio of 65 San Francisco rent controlled buildings comprising 1200 units. In addition, Kelly project managed over $55 million of San Francisco apartment building rehabilitations. Prior to joining the Prado Group, Kelly was a District Manager at Citiapartments, where during her 7 year tenure, her responsibilities included; property management, construction/project management, acquisition due diligence, and marketing & leasing. She has a vast understanding of operating residential properties within the highly regulated San Francisco rent controlled market.
Kelly holds a BA from the University of California Santa Barbara. She holds a CCRM designation, and is a member of the California Apartment Association, San Francisco Apartment Association, and the Professional Property Managers Association.
Will is the Director of Acquisitions and is responsible for Prado’s transaction activity. Since joining Prado in 2010, Will has led the acquisition of both existing buildings and land development sites with aggregate transaction volume in excess of $800M. Prior to joining Prado, he was an Associate in Stanford University's Real Estate Office managing commercial ground lease transactions in the Stanford Research Park and developing properties such as the Rosewood Sand Hill hotel in Menlo Park. He began his career at Lehman Brothers, first as an investment banking analyst, then as a venture capitalist investing in early-stage technology companies.
Will holds a BA from Columbia University in Economics and Philosophy and an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business with a certificate in Real Estate. He is a Director of Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco and chairs its Site Acquisition Advisory Committee.
Zach is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring and executing multifamily and mixed-use acquisitions. Zach's experience includes investment underwriting, acquisitions, asset management, and distressed debt evaluation. Prior to joining Prado Group, Zach worked on urban infill investments at Marcus & Millichap in New York City where he listed over $2 billion in properties and handled over 100 sales transactions. Zach was awarded Rookie of the Year, Pace Setter, MVP, and #1 Investment Agent honors. Prior to Marcus & Millichap, Zach worked at Lehman Brothers.
Zach received his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin with honors.
Charles is responsible for the execution of all aspects of Prado Group’s development and redevelopment projects. Prior to joining Prado, he was the Director of Development with JS Sullivan Development, LLC. In this role, Charles led and managed the company’s real estate development and construction activities over multiple projects and teams including design, entitlement, permitting, construction buyout, and closeout. He began his career as an architectural designer and project manager with Stanley Saitowitz I Natoma Architects Inc. an award-winning firm based in San Francisco. Charles holds a BA in Architecture from UC Berkeley, an MSRED from Columbia University, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Lisa focuses on residential and mixed-used development and renovation projects in San Francisco and Marin. Prior to joining The Prado Group, Lisa was a Dispositions Associate and oversaw nearly a billion dollars in dispositions in the Transactions Group at AMB Property Corporation. Prior to AMB, Lisa was an Analyst in the Acquisitions Group at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments where she was responsible for real estate valuation, underwriting and due diligence for approximately $500 million in acquisitions.
Lisa holds a Masters Degree from UC Berkeley in City and Regional Planning with a concentration in Community Development. Lisa received her B.S. in political science from UC Berkeley and is a member of the ULI, SPUR and UC Berkeley Real Estate Club.
Jason is responsible for Prado Group’s capital and renovations activities. Prior to joining Prado Group, Jason held asset management, acquisitions and project management roles in Jonathan Rose Companies’ East and West Coast offices. Jason brings strong financial perspective to his work starting his career in commercial and investment real estate banking. He has also done work with the National Trust for Historic Preservation: Green Lab and Breakthrough Charter Schools.
Jason holds a BS in Finance from John Carroll University and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development and Finance (MPS-RE) from Cornell University. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
Jing is responsible for business strategy, project coordination and guiding marketing processes, including outbound communication, for the redevelopment of 3333 California. Prior to joining Prado Group, Jing was a Development Intern with the New York City Economic Development Corporation.
Jing holds Masters in Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts from Swarthmore College.
Jeremy is responsible for underwriting, structuring and executing Prado Group’s acquisitions, financings and dispositions. Prior to joining Prado Group, Jeremy was responsible for originating permanent and construction loans secured by affordable housing properties at PGIM Real Estate Finance (formerly Prudential Mortgage Capital Company) where he underwrote over $4 billion in senior financing.
Jeremy holds a BS in Real Estate Finance from the University of Connecticut and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
